APPLICATIONS
Applications are currently OPEN for all screened players. As a reminder, Kenos is a semi-private, player-vetted game. If you are a new player and have not gone through the Player Screening, then your application will automatically be rejected.
Applications for any current player's second character are ALWAYS OPEN, however, as of May 2024, your second character must be geared towards the opposite faction of your current character. If you are applying for a third character, they can be either, but you must meet the following requirements:

- Players must have had both of their current characters for at least 3 consecutive months
- Provide standard AC and bonus AC for at least four out of the past six months from when they choose to app a third. These do not necessarily have to be the two characters you currently have, so long as they meet requirement one.

AGE: If your character is 14 or younger, we ask that you also explain how their age may affect their suitability in the corresponding section.
CHARACTER SUMMARY:
A cliffnotes summary of your character's personality, temperament, etc. We want a bird's-eye view of who they are rather than a full personality section, so keep this to one or two paragraphs max, please.
POWERS:
A full list of your character's powers and abilities. If your character has an ability that would be subject to the power cap, then please also describe how you're altering this ability to fit within the cap. For an example of how this might look, see here.GAME INFO
ASPECTS:
The top two Aspects your character falls under, with a brief description of why for each. As a note, this is decided by the mods and is not guaranteed because of game balance, but we'll do our best to fit them into one of the two!
ANTICIPATED FACTION:
Which Faction is your character more drawn to or tempted by? Why does that Faction appeal to them more? As a note, this is not something you're making a strong commitment to, since actually playing through their introduction could change their mind!
SUITABILITY:
Because Kenos is both a character-driven and plot-driven game, we want to make sure that your character will indeed interact with the plot! This section is meant to be a short summary of how you anticipate your character taking to the setting and responding to the Factions and their goals. We just want to make sure that players have at least partially considered how they anticipate their characters will interact with and participate in the setting.
RP SAMPLE:
Only required for new players. Please include a sample with a minimum of 10 continuous comments from your character so that we can assess your RP style. If you need somewhere to get these comments, check out our most recent TDM onkenosooc!
