THE GOOD
How far would they go to accomplish their goals or fulfill those desires? Do they have lines they wouldn't cross? We know exactly what this would be! Silco would lie, cheat, steal, betray, murder -- He would do almost anything to achieve a goal that he saw as important or vital. You all know what the one restriction is. The only line Silco won't cross is the one we get in Arcane. He won't give up his daughter -- BUT, Silco is not from this point, so if you ask him, he will say that he would give up anything for his goals, whether it is the destruction of the universe, or his precious Zaun. Silco will literally do nearly anything to get to what he wants.
What is something they treasure? Silco has so much personality, and yet a lot of this is going to revolve around the same things and people. Of course, Silco treasures Zaun, and his daughter.
What do they consider to be their best or most positive qualities? Silco considers his best qualities to be his silver tongue, his wit, smarts, and his willingness to do anything to get what he wants. He sees them as the tools of survival, what made him strong, and that means that is what makes others strong.
What is this character's best memory? Jesus uhhh... Probably the day he stabbed Vander in the back and took over Zaun.....................sorry
Is there anyone they have highly positive feelings towards? Canon
Jinx is perfect child who can do no wrong and is kind of the perfect vision of what a Zaunite should be. Silco actually loves his daughter it's embarrassing, and probably would scorch the earth for her if she asked??? Would give up his dreams of Zaun and would try to find another way to liberate it, if say someone asked him to turn her in. Also. EXTREMELY CODEPENDENT PARENTING RELATIONSHIP. 😬
Sevika he is mostly positive toward, since she's his right hand, lieutenant, and his muscle. He does not entirely trust her, but for Silco, even relying on someone slightly would be the kind of person who would be up there in terms of positive feelings.
AT/Kenos
Kaeya - God that's complicated. I don't think Silco even really has put together what kind of a relationship (it's fatherly we won't lie) he has with Kaeya, but he wants to help make him stronger and into a monster regardless. It's worse with Jinx here, because Silco has to do this dance between trying to nudge Kaeya along, not setting off his daughter, and then somehow figuring out what it is. Obviously this isn't going well. He still has a strong, positive opinion of Kaeya, and probably would try to help him, although he keeps saying that it's because he's mentoring him and for no other reason. smh at this stupid old man
Sebastian - Miiiiiiiiiiight change eventually depending on how. Soul eating goes. But they're catty bitches and also Sebastian is his contracted demon rn. So. Good! At the moment. Sebastian is proving himself invaluable at the moment, so that's... great.
Amos - Weird because Silco definitely gets Similar To His Mortal Enemy vibes, but Amos has proven himself adept in a pinch, and so he's not burning that bridge. Yes, that's a positive thing.
Lottie - Catty mean girl friend. He's definitely nudging Lottie along in the path to becoming more monstrous. :)
Misa - ALSO A MEAN GIRL but he thinks Misa is a valuable resource to Zenith. He thinks Light's a tool though.
Set - DESPITE THE FACT THAT SET IS MERIDIAN, he's chaotic enough that Silco slots him into a "jinx-lite" role, and he's amenable enough to conversing that Silco thinks Set's pretty good for manipulating. He wants to see him corrupted. Tee hee.
THE BAD
What could or would tempt your character to compromise their principles? I mean. What little principles he has? Having Zaun or Jinx back would be the only things that could convince him to do other than what his current path is. Right now, he wants to raze and burn a world that dares to exist without the only two things that Silco cares about. It's really crappy to say, but like, he started a massive drug trade in his city and absolutely made the people suffer just for the Chance at freedom. It's not being dramatic to say that Silco will compromise nearly every principle if the stakes and payoff are grand and good enough.
What do they desire above all else? A free Zaun.
What are their biggest fear and/or insecurities? That his daughter will leave him. That everything that he's done will be for naught and that he won't have a free Zaun. Also a little bit of drowning, and that's why he goes and drowns himself on the reg just to feel something
What is this character's worst memory? That really fun time he was betrayed and drowned in a poisoned river with an injured eye.
Is there anyone they highly negative feelings towards?
Vander - Hee Hee Hoo Hoo The drowner in the above incident. Silco hates him so much he literally orchestrated an entire downfall of Vander, kidnapped him, and was probably going to torture him before his kids came to save him.
Vi - Speaking of Kids! Silco has nothing but loathing for Jinx's older sister, and sees her as someone who could take everything away from him. He wants her gone and eradicated, and she's like a thorn in his side.
Caitlyn - Boy. Caitlyn to Silco has become the very picture of the enforcers for him. Mostly through AT since they'd just met in canon when he's from, but she treats him like he's vile, she's sanctimonious (in his opinion) and only now caring about his people when they've been suffering since he's been old enough to remember. Silco hates her about as much as he hates Vander, and it makes it worse that she seems to always be one step ahead.
Hayame - She threatened to break his fingers how dare she!!!!
THE MATERIAL
What kinds of gifts does your character like? Power. 😇 Beyond that, Silco prides himself on his self-reliance. Beyond cigars, or fine liquors (which he can buy himself) he's not really interested in gifts, as they come with the implication that he owes someone something. Perhaps leads and connections are always appropriate gifts, but Silco is really looking to move forward in kowloon so anything to help him in that direction is aces.
What item(s) would your character be pleased to receive as a reward? Silco doesn't like being GIVEN things. Because then he OWES people things.

Now that Silco has Draumah👁l, he will want to use the resources to funnel towards Zenith's advantage. He's looking to make you monsters, Yima. Obviously, this may come with time, since there is the shimmer project, but you know...
My plan for Silco DOES involve going all the way Zenith, he's already too UNHEALTHILY INTO THE GOAL, and I'd ideally like for him to use his resources and new tools to aim that way over time.
