If so, what/where?: He met with Cyrus earlier in the month, and he brought his wyvern to the Alenroux encampment so she could be safe from the Blight. He also recruited the help of a retainer, who he has trained in helping him tend to the wyvern while he's otherwise preoccupied. Did your character contribute to either city? (Resources, work, side quests, etc - this includes Kowloon): He's been contributing more hunting to the Alenroux camp since his wyvern moved in.
