Yep New Tier: 2 Justification: Dimitri's experiences at the diplomacy summit have turned him ever more towards Meridian; while he wants to be able to make connections with the Zenith, running headfirst into waht seemed like a bunch of hard-nosed, snide, gaslighting sorts who weren't willing to negotiate in good faith (at least from his perspective) has hardened his heart a little and he's going to be doubling down on the Meridian cause to make sure that he can actually save the people he's working on saving.
