During the Oracle event, he explored Heliopolis and other areas of the city, and retreated to his house to rest. Did your character perform any notable actions in front of NPC's in either city this month? If so, what/where?: He continued relief efforts in Springstar up until the Oracle event. Did your character contribute to either city? (Resources, work, side quests, etc - this includes Kowloon): Nothing aside from Blight relief efforts. Well.... until he gave Cetina his Alenroux report after coming back from the event. Shh.... What is their current discord level (at the time of their check-in)?: Hovering between T1 and T2.
Did Your Character Check In? Yes, both prior to the Oracle event (with Cetina), and after (with Kathova). Kathova doesn't need to know that Cetina still gave him treatos though. 🤫
Token Purchase Purchasing: Minor Power Upgrade Cost: 3 tokens Description: Last time Liem dissipated, I gave him fast healing. Since he went and got killed again, I'm upgrading his healing to a major power, up to the power cap for regeneration.
So — no healing from immediately-fatal injuries, no regenerating severed limbs (but maybe sticking them back on, if it's possible?), and no healing a bunch of critical wounds in just one scene. But potentially he could heal from a small, surface-level injury in just one scene, and heal from extensive damage within the span of a day. This could be tweaked a little depending on thread needs, so maybe if he hasn't had blood for a while he would heal more slowly, or if he drinks blood in a thread it could make his regeneration faster.
