If so, what/where?: He spoke directly with Manon during questioning/negotiations for what happened to the man, you know, before things went south.
And when things did he tag teamed with Mamoru in order to take out some of the smaller monsters. Did your character contribute to either city? (Resources, work, side quests, etc - this includes Kowloon): He joined in for Team Zenith in the Manon talks/questioning.
He also did make an attemptor two at trying to be some kind of semi-okay face for Zenith when talking to unaligned newcomers.
