What venues or residences did they spend the majority of their time in while there?: Shopping district (smithies, mostly), street food vendors, shooting ranges, her stall in the stables that she rents as a "home" (post Scorching Isles she barely left)
Did your character perform any notable actions in front of NPC's in either city this month? If so, what/where?: In addition to forcing Dextera to dogeza and slapping Sebastian (which I think were mostly seen by shard-bearering citizens and then PCs), ↣ Hayame got into a very loud and nearly violent confrontation with Voryn at the Meridian info session, and was only barely talked down by Akua from beating a man in public oops ↣ She also... beat Heine unconscious at a blacksmith's for insulting her oops

(Resources, work, side quests, etc - this includes Kowloon): ↣ Not... really... she is still trying to keep to herself... ↣ Though she did probably do her share at the monthly Meridian-taurs meeting and bring a potluck dish.......... ↣ Unless we count, uh, handing Manon's shard to the Tribune and prepping to defend the fuck out of that decision, in which case, yes
