I was remiss in detailing that damage reduction is tied to specifically defined weapon types present in his world. I also mixed up reduction (Houses) with chance to nullify damage (Hopes) based on character dexterity.

Due to the reliance on rng and character stats, I'm thinking it would make the most sense to simply toss these defensive skill activations out as not working in this setting? Sorry for edits but as I was pulling these up I was reminded that it was handled differently in Hopes.

I don't plan on him using it in fights anyway, but I do want to ensure I recified my oversight.
