Crawled out of a hole in the ground and found out his wife is just a Shard in his chest now, which sure is something.
He mostly spent this easy month getting a feel for how things work around here, which was helped along by the fact that no one was paying attention to him given all the tabloid gossip about everybody else...
Spent the majority of his time in Springstar, where he tried to talk someone into letting him try out their heavy machinery at least once, which is when he ran into Nebula.
He helped out Yuri and got to chat about how sus things are at the same time.
Shared a bench and a smoke break with Notably Unpopular Zenite Gen in Springstar.
Met Link in Highstorm while enjoying the hot spring.
Probably having a weird one on the beach with Kiritsubo where anyone can see it.
He got a boat from Santa Quetz!! Totally living there now and he's very proud of it.

Did your character perform any notable actions in front of NPC's in either city this month? If so, what/where?: Yep! He's very interested in the technology in Springstar and, as you would expect, did a lot of boat-spotting. He's also been going around helping out and talking to NPCs in general since it's his favourite way to learn about a place. Did your character contribute to either city? (Resources, work, side quests, etc - this includes Kowloon): Mostly just the odd jobs he was doing for people (mostly in Springstar).
