I'd reviewed other submissions where characters doubted both sides and simply picked one to have a sense of how this worked, so I didn't realize true belief was needed at that tier. From your explanation, even if Yuri thinks both claims are untrue, as long as Yuri has faith his home is out there, he doesn't fit the bill for Zenith? His faith bites him in the buns...
